Your responsibilities will include: 1. **Training Program Development:** a. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design comprehensive training modules related to engineering principles, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting. b. Create engaging content, presentations, and hands-on workshops. 1. **Training Delivery:** a. Conduct training sessions for engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff. b. Ensure effective knowledge transfer on topics such as preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, and safety protocols. 1. **Unit Operations Expertise:** a. In-depth understanding of engineering processes (e.g., HVAC systems, utilities, instrumentation). And process equipment maintenance. b. Familiarity with maintenance practices, including predictive and corrective maintenance. 1. **Quality and Compliance:** a.



Emphasize adherence to Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety regulations. b. Monitor compliance during training delivery. **Qualifications and Skills** **Education:** Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field. **Experience:** Proven experience in technical training or engineering roles. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
