Principal Product Specialist - Strategic Account Management, Strategic Accounts is responsible for developing and advancing strategic relationships with large healthcare systems and corporate hospital networks across India. This role combines customer engagement, strategic planning, market analysis, and cross-functional leadership to identify opportunities, develop account-specific growth strategies, and support execution of initiatives that create value for both customers and Medtronic. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.** + Develop and execute strategic account plans for priority healthcare systems, corporate hospital groups, and institutional customers. + Build and maintain relationships with senior executive stakeholders to understand organizational priorities, strategic objectives, and evolving healthcare needs. + Analyze customer, market, competitive, financial, and healthcare industry data to identify growth opportunities and inform account strategies. + Identify unmet customer needs and translate insights into business cases, partnership opportunities, and customer-specific solutions. + Lead strategic customer initiatives from opportunity assessment through planning, stakeholder alignment, execution, and performance tracking. + Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Research and Development, Operations, and Finance teams to deliver coordinated account strategies. + Monitor account performance, chance pipelines, and strategic initiatives, recommending actions to address gaps and accelerate outcomes. + Provide insights on healthcare trends, hospital business models, and industry developments to support commercial and strategic decision-making. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare, MedTech, strategy, key account management, commercial strategy, business development, or a related field. + Demonstrated experience working with large healthcare systems, corporate hospital groups, or complex institutional customers.
