Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Data Analyst to support the supply chain operations of a leading global technology company focused on data center infrastructure. This is a fully remote opportunity based in India and requires candidates to maintain at least three hours of overlap with the PST time zone. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex supply chain and supplier data across equipment records, purchase orders, and delivery commitments. You will work closely with global supply chain teams to identify data gaps, validate data quality, track supplier performance, investigate delivery delays, and ensure critical supply chain information is complete and accurate. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with large datasets from dashboards, Excel files, CSV exports, and databases. Successful candidates will apply critical thinking to assess data accuracy, identify trends, understand root causes of supply chain issues, and provide actionable insights. Skills and Requirements - 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field - Experience working with large datasets in Excel, CSV files, dashboards, and/or reporting tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data gaps and inconsistencies - Experience validating data quality and performing root cause analysis - Ability to interpret supply chain, operations, procurement, manufacturing, or logistics data - Strong Microsoft Excel skills - Experience writing and modifying SQL queries - Experience working with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and visualization tools - Robust communication skills - Experience supporting data center, technology hardware, manufacturing, or infrastructure supply chains - Experience analyzing supplier performance metrics, lead times, capacity planning, or delivery commitments - Experience creating automated reports or dashboards - Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to streamline data analysis and reporting processes
