About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and proactive Energy Analyst to join our growing Energy Engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on live projects and build your career in the Energy & Sustainability sector.? Key Responsibilities
- Compile, extract, and analyze data sheets, architectural and MEP drawings, regulatory requirements, and standards such as ASHRAE 90.1.
- Perform whole-building energy modeling using the ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G framework.
- Develop eQuest building geometry from AutoCAD plans, PDFs, images, and other formats.
- Perform CAD zoning and develop trace drawings for eQuest models.




- Create eQuest energy models covering HVAC, hot water, building envelope, and lighting systems.
- Perform energy simulations comparing Proposed and Baseline Models.
- Calibrate and tune eQuest models to calculate energy savings.
- Maintain project documentation, spreadsheets, technical reports, and project trackers.
- Collaborate with team members and report project progress to the line manager.? Candidate Requirements✅ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering✅ 1–2 years of experience in Energy Modeling✅ Advanced AutoCAD skills✅ Knowledge of HVAC systems, Building Controls & Energy Efficiency✅ Knowledge of ASHRAE standards✅ Explicit and confident communication skills⭐ CEM, CEA, LEED, IGBC, or EDGE certification will be an added advantage.?
