You will work closely with our different business teams to understand their markets, customers and priorities—and translate those needs into clear marketing and communication plans.The role goes beyond creating campaigns or promotional materials. We are looking for someone who can connect people and perspectives, bring greater alignment across our organisation and help marketing contribute more directly to business growth.What will you do?Develop and implement a regional marketing and communication plan aligned with the priorities of Nipro India GroupUnderstand the needs of our different businesses, markets, customers and stakeholders across IndiaTranslate global direction into relevant regional priorities and practical actionsCreate greater alignment across our entities in India while recognising their different needsBuild robust localized product positioning, value propositions and go-to-market approaches, Support new-product launches, customer adoption and market developmentTurn complex medical technologies into clear and relevant stories for different audiencesStrengthen our brand (in close collaboration with colleagues on corporate level) and ensure a consistent experience across regional communication channels and touchpointsDevelop relevant product, scientific, digital and corporate content for regional useStrengthen internal communication so that colleagues understand our direction, priorities and contribution as one Nipro India GroupSupport leadership communication and initiatives that connect and engage employees across the organisationGather customer, market and competitive insights and translate them into practical marketing actionsWork closely with Sales,



Clinical, Training and other business teamsIntroduce shared marketing tools, templates and ways of working that help teams collaborate more effectivelyUse AI, analytics and digital tools to improve the speed, quality and effectiveness of marketingDefine meaningful measures of success and connect marketing activities to engagement, customer adoption and business impactWho are we looking for?You have 7–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals or healthcare technology. You are:Curious and eager to learnAble to understand different businesses, technologies and customer needsCommercially minded, with the ability to connect marketing priorities to business objectivesStrategic, while remaining practical and hands-onCreative and able to simplify complex subjectsAnalytical and comfortable using data to guide decisionsDigitally confident and interested in using new toolsA strong communicator who can listen, connect perspectives and build alignmentCollaborative and comfortable working across functions and business entitiesWilling to question established ways of working constructivelyComfortable helping to shape a regional marketing function that is still developingWhy this role mattersNipro India Group brings together different businesses, capabilities and areas of expertise.
