standardization, and productivity improvements across the team.Team Enablement: Support and mentor team members in adopting current technologies, tools, and best practices.Innovation & Problem Solving: Proactively suggest and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.Preparation of SOPs, work-flows etc.QualificationsChartered AccountantExpected Experience: Minimum 4 years in the process of automation, workflow optimization, and technology adoption.
