Are you an experienced Maritime leader with prior leadership experience in setting up and running a shared services set up involving Procurement, crewing and other support functions for a global organisation?This is an exciting opportunity to lead a develop a shared services set up for a shipping company and drive a PNL.You will be responsible for handling various departments and stakeholders from around the world and for the effective management of the vessels. This role is a backbone of the entire technical management of the vessels including crewing, purchasing, finance etc.The ideal candidate is someone with 10+ years of shore based experience in running shipping companies especially with prior experience in managing a shared services set up for a ship management company in India.Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
