Role OverviewThe Destination Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for relocating employees (client) moving to a new destination, guiding them through every stage of the relocation journey — from initial orientation to fully settling into their new home and community. This role requires a robust blend of empathy, coordination, and service delivery to ensure a smooth, positive experience for the client and their family. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Connect with the relocating employee (client) at the outset of the assignment to understand their needs, preferences, and family requirements.Orientation Tour: Plan and conduct orientation tours to familiarize them with the destination city, neighborhoods, amenities, and essential services.Home Finding: Support the client in identifying and securing suitable housing options aligned with their preferences and budget.School Search: Assist clients with children in identifying and enrolling in appropriate schools.Settling-In Support: Provide ongoing assistance to help the client and their family settle into their new environment — covering essentials like utilities, local registrations,



and community orientation.Realtor Coordination: Liaise with realtors to schedule and coordinate property viewings and appointments.Lease Management: Manage lease negotiation, documentation, and signing on behalf of or alongside the client.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain consistent, professional communication via email and phone with clients, realtors, corporate partners, and internal teams.Technology Utilization: Use the company's technology platform to manage and document service delivery throughout the assignment lifecycle.Skills & CompetenciesEmpathy towards clients and sensitivity to relocation challengesSolution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilityOwnership and accountability for end-to-end service deliveryAbility to make quick, well-reasoned decisions under pressureStrong team collaboration skillsExcellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and manage diverse stakeholdersStrong oral and written communication skillsCustomer-centric approach with a focus on service excellence
