The ideal candidate should be capable of driving QA strategy while remaining technically hands-on, including reviewing automation/code, SQL queries, and APIs as part of the delivery lifecycle.Mandatory Skills:10–15 years of total IT experience with 8+ years in Functional/Manual Testing.Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Defect Lifecycle, and Agile methodologies.Hands-on experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and UAT testing.Strong SQL skills for backend data validation.Experience with JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar test management tools.Hands-on API testing using Postman or SOAP UI.Ability to review technical solutions, automation scripts, and code as part of QA governance.Mandatory Domain Expertise – Capital Markets:
