Job PurposeTo provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning setting for young learners and facilitate their holistic development through age-appropriate, play-based, experiential and child-centred learning practices. Pre Primary EducationKey ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging and activity-based learning experiences aligned with the School curriculum.Create a positive, safe, inclusive and child-friendly classroom environment.Use stories, rhymes, music, art, movement, games and hands-on activities to promote learning and development.Monitor students' academic, social, emotional, language and physical development through regular observation.Maintain lesson plans, attendance, student portfolios, assessment records and other academic documentation within prescribed timelines.Apply positive classroom-management strategies and ensure that children are never left unattended.Follow all child-safeguarding, health, safety, emergency and student-dispersal procedures.Maintain professional and respectful communication with parents and address concerns through the prescribed channels.Participate actively in parent-teacher meetings, assemblies, celebrations, workshops, field trips and other School activities.Collaborate with Coordinators,
