(note that submission of this form is mandatory to move forward with your candidature).Form Link- Portfolio linkOverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and design-driven senior interior designer/architect to joinour team in Mumbai.This role requires someone with robust conceptual thinking, refined design sensibility, andthe technical capability to carry a project from concept to completion with minimalsupervision.The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8-10 years of experience working on high-end interiorand architectural projects, can lead design packages confidently and thrives in a collaborativeyet fast-paced environment.This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, coordinateseffectively with consultants and consistently delivers thoughtful, well-resolved work.Key responsibilities:1. Concept development and design directionlead the creation of strong, contextually grounded concepts for interior and architecturalprojectsdevelop mood boards, design narratives, space planning options, and early-stagevisualizationspresent design ideas confidently to the founder, internal team and clients2. Design packages and technical drawingsproduce and oversee comprehensive drawing sets across concept, schematic, and detaileddesign stagesensure all design details, material specifications, and technical solutions are well-resolvedand aligned with project intentreview and refine drawings prepared by junior designers and draftsmen3. Project leadership and coordinationtake charge of assigned projects, ensuring design quality, accuracy and timely deliverycoordinate directly with consultants (MEP, structural, lighting, landscape), suppliers,



andcontractorslead or support client meetings, ensuring all design updates are clear, structured andprofessionally communicated4. Material research and specificationsource materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, lighting and design elements aligned with theproject’s visionprepare FF&E; schedules and specification packages with accuracy and claritymanage samples, approvals and coordination with suppliers.5. Site reviews and quality controlconduct site visits to verify design implementation and address discrepancies earlyliaise with contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure adherence to design intentprovide marked-up drawings, clarifications, and site instructions when required6. Team collaboration and mentorshipwork closely with the founder, project manager and technical team to maintain workflowefficiencyguide and mentor junior designers where needed, ensuring consistency and qualityparticipate actively in internal design reviews, bringing constructive and thoughtfulfeedback7. Presentation and documentationprepare compelling presentations, reports, and design documentation for clients andinternal reviewsensure all deliverables are organised, complete and aligned with project milestonessupport in competition entries, RFP submissions, and portfolio materials when required.Personality and work style:strong design intuition and passion for materials, craftsmanship and spatial storytellinghigh attention to detail, with the ability to move between conceptual and technical thinking seamlesslyproactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyconfident communicator with excellent organisation and follow-throughcomfortable taking initiative, solving problems, and operating with a sense of ownershipcollaborative, open to feedback, and committed to design excellence
