and ensure every visitor leaves with the rightcomfort solution and a positive brand impression.Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers in a warm, consultative, and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable ergonomic products throughdemonstrations and storytelling
- Drive individual sales targets and contribute to store-level revenue goals
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain perks in a comfort and wellness-focusedapproach
- Assist customers with queries, product selection, and after-sales support
- Support calling activities, follow-ups, and lead conversions as per store requirements
- Maintain store hygiene, grooming standards, and brand presentation
- Follow VM guidelines and ensure products are displayed as per brand standards
- Assist in inventory handling, stock arrangement, and cycle counts when required
- Share customer feedback and insights to help improve in-store experience and productofferingsWhat We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
