The organization provides finance solutions to CEOs, CFOs, and investors, including financial strategy, operational finance, financial controller services, bookkeeping, administration services, and cloud-based financial solutions.About the RoleWe are looking for an experiencedAssociate Vice President – Financeto manage strategic finance operations, client relationships, financial reporting, and decision-support activities for US-based clients.The ideal candidate should have strong expertise inUS GAAP, revenue recognition, financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting, internal controls, cash flow management, audit coordination, and international stakeholder management .This is a strategic and client-facing role requiringexcellent communication skillsand the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and international stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & ReportingOversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting policies.Apply strong knowledge ofUS GAAP and revenue recognition principles .Review financial statements and ensure timely and accurate reporting.Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management, CFOs, and client leadership.Strategic Analysis & Decision SupportAnalyze financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making.Provide financial recommendations aligned with business objectives.Partner with CFOs, senior management, and board-level stakeholders as required.Budgeting & ForecastingReview budgets, forecasts,
