We’re Hiring: AI QA Lead | 10+ YearsWe are looking for an experienced AI QA Lead to lead the development of an AI-powered QA automation platform for enterprise software products.Location: Bangalore / PuneWork Mode: HybridExperience: 10+ Years⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 15 DaysInterview Process: Virtual + 1 Round In-PersonKey Responsibilities▪️Own the end-to-end AI-driven test automation pipeline▪️Design intelligent test generation, execution and self-healing workflows▪️Define quality gates for coverage, correctness and resilience▪️Develop test coverage strategies and identify automation gaps▪️Establish execution quality metrics, reporting and cost tracking▪️Lead and mentor QA engineers transitioning to AI-assisted automation▪️Build trustworthy and auditable processes for AI-generated test output▪️Present quality metrics and delivery progress to senior leadershipWhat We’re Looking For▪️10+ years of experience in Software QA with 5+ years in test automation▪️Solid hands-on experience with modern browser automation frameworks▪️Experience with Page Object Model (POM)
architecture▪️Strong understanding of test design and automation best practices▪️Hands-on experience with AI coding agents / AI-assisted development▪️Understanding of LLM prompts, agent instructions and context management▪️Experience evaluating AI-generated test code for quality and resilience▪️Proficiency in TypeScript, Java, Python or .NET▪️Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD and automated test execution▪️Experience building evaluation pipelines, metrics and reporting▪️Proven experience leading QA teams through tooling or methodology transitions⭐ Preferred: Experience in complex enterprise domains such as Banking, Insurance, Taxation, Regulatory or similar industries.Why This Role?This is not a traditional QA automation role.
