The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning farm visits, hosting customers, coordinating events, and creating memorable experiences that strengthen customer trust in the Mr. Milk brand.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and conduct farm visits for customers, schools, corporations, and influencers.Welcome visitors and provide engaging tours covering dairy farming, milking processes, animal welfare, hygiene, and sustainability practices.Build strong customer relationships, address queries, and collect visitor feedback.Coordinate farm events, educational programs, and seasonal activities.Ensure excellent hospitality by managing visitor arrangements, refreshments, and product sampling.Coordinate with Farm Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Security,
