This role blends education counseling, sales, and student mentorship — guiding students and parents through university selection, application timelines, and enrollment, while consistently meeting sales targets for study abroad and test-prep programs.Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel walk-in, phone, and online inquiries on study abroad programs, university selection, and application timelinesDrive end-to-end education sales and counseling — from lead engagement and needs assessment to enrollment closureAchieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for overseas education and test-prep coursesConduct one-on-one counseling sessions for students and parentsBuild and maintain a strong sales pipeline through follow-ups, referrals, and CRM-based lead managementStay updated on study destinations (USA, UK, Australia, Current Zealand, Europe),
