A design, build, and furnishing organisation in Manesar, Gurgaon is hiring a Senior Interior Billing & Tendering Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience in interior wooden estimation.

The role focuses on preparing quotations and rate analysis, estimating quantities and costs, preparing and verifying RA bills, coordinating with clients, preparing tender and contract documentation, and assigning work to subcontractors.

Experience with residential villa projects will be an added advantage.

Project Exposure

- Furniture, panelling, and interior fit-out

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quotations and rate analysis for interior and woodwork packages.
- Estimate quantities, material requirements, labour requirements, costs, and time requirements.
- Prepare RA bills and verify quantities and billing details with clients.
- Liaise with clients regarding quotations, measurements, billing, and commercial requirements.
- Prepare tender and contract documents for interior work packages.
- Review drawings and project specifications to prepare quantity and cost estimates.
- Assign work to subcontractors based on project requirements.
- Review and compare subcontractor rates and quotations.




- Coordinate with project and execution teams to understand site requirements and update estimates where required.
- Maintain records of quantities, rates, quotations, RA bills, and tender documentation.
- Support commercial coordination throughout project execution.

Requirements

- 5 to 10 years of skilled experience in interior estimation, billing, tendering, or quantity surveying.
- Hands-on experience in interior wooden estimation is required.
- Experience estimating quantities and costs for woodwork, joinery, furniture, panelling, or related interior packages.
- Experience preparing quotations and rate analysis.
- Experience preparing and verifying RA bills.
- Experience preparing tender and contract documentation.
- Experience coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Understanding of material quantities, labour requirements, costing, and project timelines for interior work.
- Residential villa project experience will be an added advantage.
- Good numerical, documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant estimation, billing, and documentation tools.

Work Schedule

- Location: Manesar, Gurgaon
- Working days: Monday - Saturday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
