Role Summary

We are looking for energetic, target-driven field recruiters who can source, screen, and mobilize candidates for multiple frontline business and technical roles with a leading broadband company. The recruiter will be responsible for generating candidate leads, conducting preliminary screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring closures within the defined hiring SLA.

The role demands solid field sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

Roles & Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

* Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, field sourcing, job fairs, consultancy databases, and local recruitment drives.

* Generate daily candidate leads for multiple business requirements.

* Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming requirements.

Recruitment Execution

* Screen candidates based on job eligibility and business requirements.

* Conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.

* Schedule and coordinate interviews with the business team.





* Follow up with candidates until interview completion and selection.

Hiring & Closure

* Ensure timely closure of assigned mandates within agreed timelines.

* Drive candidate engagement to reduce interview dropouts and offer declines.

* Support documentation, onboarding coordination, and Airtel One profile uploads where applicable.

* Maintain continuous follow-up until candidate joining.

Stakeholder Coordination

* Coordinate with Hiring Managers, Operations, HRBP, and Recruitment Leads for interview scheduling and hiring updates.

* Escalate hiring challenges and provide market intelligence on candidate availability and competition.

Reporting & Compliance

* Maintain candidate trackers, interview status reports, and daily recruitment MIS.

* Ensure data accuracy and compliance with recruitment processes.
