The technology team works on enterprise applications where software quality, reliability and user experience are critical.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform manual functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, sanity and user-acceptance testing across enterprise applications.
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear test scenarios, test cases, test plans and structured test coverage.
- Identify, document, prioritize and retest defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or comparable defect-management platforms.
- Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools and validate application data through SQL and database checks.
- Conduct basic performance and reliability checks using tools such as JMeter and contribute to test-summary reports and release-readiness decisions.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, business stakeholders and other QA engineers in Agile/Scrum environments to improve product quality.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3–7 years of software testing or quality-assurance experience, with strong hands-on manual testing exposure.
- Robust understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies and software-quality practices.
- Practical experience across functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, sanity and UAT testing.
- Hands-on experience with API testing, Postman, SQL/database validation, defect tracking and structured test documentation.
- Experience creating test plans, test cases,



test scenarios, test steps, requirement traceability matrices and test-summary reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify edge cases, reproduce defects and communicate issues clearly.
- Exposure to enterprise, regulated, audited, financial, healthcare, back-office or other business-critical applications is a plus.
- Familiarity with Selenium, JMeter, WinAppDriver, CI/CD, cloud environments or basic scripting is an advantage, but not mandatory.
