- Job Location: Bengaluru
- Qualification: Any Graduate (Full Time)
- Experience: 1 to 5 Years
- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Only
- Shift Timings: US Shift/ Night shifts (06:30PM to 03:30 AM)
- Job Level: 2A/ 3A
- Designation: Senior Process Executive/ Process Specialist
- Mode of Work: 5 Days Work from office (Mandatory)
- Week Offs: Weekly Rotational Offs

Note:

- Candidate should have mandatory International Experience
- Candidates must have all experience related documents as per their company records and EPFO history.

Key Requirements:

1. Good understanding of US Fraud management process.

2.



Executes transactions as per prescribed guidelines within agreed timelines, with an objective to meet SLA

3. Ensure the defined performance parameters are met and exceeded within guidelines, policies agreed between Infosys and client.

4. Should have a minimum working experience of 1 to 5 years in Enterprise Fraud Management

5. Good understanding of US Banking life cycle

6. Good verbal and written communication

7. Should be comfortable working US hours to meet deadlines.

8. Robust Customer Service Skills

9. Good knowledge in MS office skills- MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint Presentations

10. Ability to interpret and analyze documents.

11. Willingness to work in multiple shifts

Educational qualification and experience:

1. Minimum Graduation degree (Full Time)

2. 1-5 years of experience in US Banking is preferred.

3. Enterprise Fraud Management 1+ years of experience in Fraud investigation and detection specifically relating to Check Fraud Detection & Deposit Fraud Detection.

4. In depth knowledge in applications like LexisNexis, Nice Actimize

Documents to Carry:

- Carry a printout your updated resume.
- Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
- All original education documents needs to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation (Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)

- Smartphone with good front camera, charger and Headset for Assessment, Government ID proof Hardcopy.
