About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager / PMO Manager with 8–12 years of experience in managing end-to-end technology and AI projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, monitoring, stakeholder management, risk management, and successful project closure.

The candidate should have strong experience in Project Management, Scrum/Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management, with the ability to manage multiple teams and deliver projects within defined timelines, scope, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Manage AI, technology, and digital transformation projects from initiation to delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Drive project execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Conduct project status meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Identify, track,



and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, scope, and overall delivery performance.
- Ensure timely resolution of project blockers and escalations.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client/business relationships.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, documentation, and PMO standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies.
- Support project closure, documentation, lessons learned, and post-project reviews.

Required Skills

- Robust Project Management experience
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum / Agile methodologies
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
- Experience managing end-to-end technology/AI projects
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with project planning, risk management, governance, and reporting
