The role
We're looking for an Offline Marketing Executive to own marketing across all our retail outlets — both mall and high-street. Your north star is footfall: getting more of the right people into our stores. You'll plan and execute store-level activations, run mall and high-street marketing, and work hand-in-hand with our retail and VM teams to bring campaigns to life on the ground.
What you'll do
- Own offline marketing across all retail outlets (mall-level and high-street)
- Drive footfall to stores through activations, campaigns, and on-ground marketing
- Plan and execute store-level activations and events end to end
- Coordinate with retail, VM, and creative teams to roll out campaigns in-store
- Manage BTL activity across locations, and support ATL where needed
- Build relationships with malls, high-street partners, and local vendors to unlock marketing opportunities
- Track activation performance and footfall impact to sharpen what works
What we're looking for
- 2–3 years in offline marketing, ideally for a fashion or apparel brand
- Hands-on experience across BTL, ATL, and event execution
- A track record of driving footfall and executing store-level activations
- Solid coordination skills to work across retail, VM, and vendor teams
- Someone organized, proactive, and comfortable owning execution on the ground
