Program Management Intern – Clinical Hiring

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, highly driven, and organized individual to join our team as a Program Management Intern – Clinical Hiring.

The role will involve supporting the clinical hiring program across Psychiatrists, Therapists, and Patient Relationship Managers (PRMs). You will be responsible for coordinating hiring activities, managing candidate data, driving follow-ups, and ensuring smooth movement of candidates through the hiring pipeline.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program management, healthcare recruitment and talent acquisition within a fast-paced startup workplace.

Designation: Program Management Intern – Clinical Hiring

Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore





Work Schedule: 6-day work week

Stipend: ₹20,000/month

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Hiring: Support end-to-end hiring for Psychiatrists, Therapists, and Patient Relationship Managers (PRMs) — including candidate sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and closure.

Candidate & Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate databases and hiring trackers, ensuring all candidate information and hiring stages are updated regularly.

Follow-ups & Coordination: Consistently follow up with candidates and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth movement through the hiring process.

Pipeline Building: Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, healthcare networks, colleges, hospitals, and other relevant channels.

Hiring Operations: Track open positions, candidate progress, interviews, offers, and joining status, and provide regular updates to the team.

Eligibility Criteria:

MA/MSc in Social Sciences

BBA/MBA or any Management degree

MA/MSc in Organizational Psychology – Added Advantage

Candidates from other relevant backgrounds with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills may also be considered.

Prior recruitment experience is not mandatory.
