The role of the Pre-Primary School Teacher shall be responsible for the effectively and efficiently

execute the day-to-day academic functions of the school in line with the Company's Values and ethics.

Responsibilities

1.Designs and delivers individual lesson plans in one or more academic, technical, or vocational subjects

using a variety of teaching techniques and appealing to various learning styles.

2. Present lessons comprehensively and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning.

3. Ensuring timely delivery of curriculum with adherence to best quality standards for higher grades.

4. Discusses academic difficulties or behavioural problems with students as they arise.

5. Monitors students progress throughout the year and evaluates preparedness for graduation,

vocational school, or college, as appropriate.

6. Ensuring and supporting the smooth transition of students from Pre-Primary to Primary School.

7. Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress, attainment and behavior of one's

students.

8. Maintain effective communication and relationship with students, staff and parents.

9. Registering and monitoring the attendance of students

10. Participates in faculty meetings, educational conferences, in-service opportunities, as well as in

continuing career development opportunities, workshops, and other training seminars.

11. Maintaining good order and discipline amongst students under one's care and safeguarding their health

and safety at all times.

12. Effectively handle parent concerns as and when escalated by the concerned stakeholders.

13. Conducting, managing, supervising and participating in various events like School assemblies, parent

orientation, PTM, sports day, coffee meets,



student events & competitions.

14. Maintains knowledge of research, developments, and best practices in Primary School education.

15. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Graduation with B.el.ed or NTT or Early Childhood Education Degree with at least 1-4 years experience working as Pre Primary Teacher or Preschool Teacher.

Prior teaching experience is highly preferred.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Excellent interpersonal skills with the proven ability to maintain professionalism and tact in high-stress

situations.

● Thorough understanding of the pedagogy and best practices of education.

● Desire to teach Pre-Primary school-aged children and ability to adapt to their developmental status.

● The ability to design lessons that teach curriculum in an engaging manner, applying various teaching

methods such as the flipped classroom, lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and individual or

collaborative projects and research.

● Strong supervisory and leadership skills to manage and control the classroom.

● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Creative analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Technology inclined and computer literate (Operating systems (Windows, Office suites (G Suite) /

Presentation software (PowerPoint) / Spreadsheets (Google Spreadsheets) / Communication and

- collaboration tools (Google Meet, Zoom))
