About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our team. The candidate should have solid experience in video editing, social media content creation and graphic designing, along with a good understanding of current social media trends.

You will work on content for multiple brands and industries, including Reels, product videos, catalogue shoots, promotional content, banners and social media creatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit trendy Instagram Reels and short-form videos
- Edit catalogue shoot reels and product-focused content
- Create engaging product reels and promotional videos
- Edit raw footage with transitions, text, music, effects, colour correction and sound
- Design banners, posters and other digital creatives
- Create social media creatives based on brand requirements
- Adapt content according to different social media formats
- Work closely with the marketing and creative team
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram, Reels and social media trends
- Deliver high-quality content within deadlines





Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic designing
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, CapCut and other video editing software
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other graphic design tools
- Strong understanding of short-form video editing and social media trends
- Experience editing catalogue shoots, product shoots and promotional videos
- Good understanding of graphic design, typography, layouts and visual aesthetics
- Strong creative sense and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to adapt to new editing tools, software and trends

Mandatory Requirements
- Must be based in the Mumbai suburbs
- Must be comfortable with a hybrid work setup
- Must have their own laptop suitable for professional video editing and graphic design
- Must have the necessary editing and design software/tools available on their device

Portfolio & Selection Process
- Candidates must share a portfolio/proof of previous work along with their application.
- Portfolio should demonstrate experience in Reels, product videos, catalogue shoots and graphic design.
- Shortlisted candidates will be given a few practical assignments as part of the selection process.
- Assignments will be used to evaluate editing skills, creativity, trend awareness, design sense and attention to detail.

Compensation

₹20,000 per month
