We're Hiring: Training Center Manager – DDU-GKY | Goa

We are looking for an experienced Training Center Manager to manage our upcoming Panchakarma Technician Training Center in Goa under the DDU-GKY Scheme.

Position: Training Center Manager
Sector/Trade: Healthcare / Ayurveda – Panchakarma Technician
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending upon experience and suitability

Key Responsibilities

- Overall management and day-to-day operations of the DDU-GKY Training Center.
- Ensure implementation of training activities strictly as per DDU-GKY Guidelines and SOPs.
- Coordinate mobilisation, counselling, batch formation, training, assessment, certification and placement activities.
- Manage trainers, mobilisers, MIS staff and other center-level team members.
- Ensure proper maintenance of candidate files, attendance, documentation, MIS and compliance records.
- Coordinate with State Mission/SRLM officials, assessment agencies and project management teams.
- Monitor training quality, candidate retention, discipline and placement performance.
- Ensure infrastructure, branding, labs and training facilities remain compliant with prescribed standards.
- Support inspections, monitoring visits, audits and assessments.
- Maintain strong coordination with employers,



Ayurveda/Panchakarma establishments, wellness centres, hospitals and placement partners.

Eligibility & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in managing DDU-GKY training projects/Training Centers is strongly preferred.
- Candidate should have good understanding of DDU-GKY SOPs, compliance and documentation requirements.
- DDU-GKY SOP Certification / relevant certification will be preferred.
- Previous experience in the Panchakarma Technician / Ayurveda / Healthcare / Wellness sector will be given solid preference.
- Experience in managing residential skill-development training centres will be an added advantage.
- Strong team-management, reporting, coordination and communication skills.
- Candidates currently based in Goa or willing to relocate to Goa may apply.
