Summary:

Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Power Apps & Power Automate Developer to join the Digital Transformation and Automation team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft Power Platform, delivering automation solutions, and collaborating with business stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and digital innovation.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Build and enhance business process automations using Power Automate Cloud Flows.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise applications.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Implement governance, security, and best practices for Power Platform applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and workflow issues.
- Optimize application performance and ensure solution reliability.
- Create technical documentation, support guides, and deployment procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams in Agile project environments.
- Support production environments and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:





- Bachelor&rsquos; degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5&ndash7; years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

Required Skills:

- Solid experience in Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows, Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Experience with REST APIs, connectors, and third-party system integrations.
- Strong understanding of solution design, security roles, and environment management.
- Experience in application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Power BI integration.
- Knowledge of Azure services and Azure Logic Apps.
- Experience with Center of Excellence governance practices.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly preferred, including PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600.
