Seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead with solid expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning FSL Salesforce Core development and enterprise integrations The candidate will lead solution design development integrations technical governance and delivery of Salesforce projects while mentoring development teams and driving best practices
Key Responsibilities
Lead endtoend Salesforce FSL solution design and implementation
Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
Develop and review Apex LWC Aura Components Visualforce and Flows
Design and implement integrations using RESTSOAP APIs Platform Events and middleware applications
Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices
Collaborate with Architects Business Analysts Product Owners QA and DevOps teams
Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across the delivery lifecycle
Support Agile ceremonies estimations release planning and deployment activities
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root cause analysis
Ensure adherence to Salesforce security performance and scalability standards
