Responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and BI solutions while ensuring data integrity, performance optimization, and alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and manage Tableau-driven dashboards, analytics, and other BI solutions.
- Perform data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
- Review and improve existing systems, integrating current systems as needed.
- Conduct unit tests and develop database queries to analyze effects and troubleshoot issues.
- Create tools and processes to store and manage organizational data efficiently.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Proven experience in developing and managing Tableau dashboards and analytics.
- Experience in Tableau Server management and Tableau administration/architecture.
- Knowledge of TabCMD commands.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and normalization.
- Proficiency in Excel (macros, pivot tables) and reporting/analysis tools.
- Ability to query and visualize large datasets while optimizing workbook performance.
- Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, BI, Information Systems, or related field.
