Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the quality function and ensure compliance with ISO protocols and standards.
- Lead the Quality Assurance team with a strong focus on delivering results, high energy, and drive.
- Foster a cooperative team environment with strong interpersonal skills.
- Develop and manage vendor development and vendor quality assurance programs.
- Responsible for the release of finished products.
- Develop, approve, and implement new analysis methods.
- Drive continual improvement in quality systems, equipment, methods, and QA workflows.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety rules in the laboratory.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and manage related documentation and communications.
- Supervise quality assurance activities of external warehouses.
- Handle quality certifications, compliance audits, and training programs.

Candidate Profile

- Strong background in packaging industry quality assurance.
- Proven track record in implementing quality systems and leading teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
