Our team brings GenAI from research labs to production—architecting scalable models, fine-tuning LLMs, and integrating agentic workflows into real-world business systems across finance, healthcare, and logistics.

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end GenAI initiatives—from conceptualization to deployment—ensuring alignment with business KPIs and technical scalability.
- Design and implement production-grade LLM architectures using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Own model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and vector database integration (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for enterprise-grade accuracy.
- Collaborate with data engineers and cloud architects to deploy models on Azure/AWS/GCP with CI/CD,



monitoring, and auto-scaling capabilities.
- Define evaluation metrics, guardrails, and safety protocols for responsible AI deployment across high-compliance industries.
- Mentor junior AI engineers and establish GenAI engineering standards—code quality, testing, documentation, and ethical AI practices.
