About the Opportunity
Career Bloc is a quick-growing edtech startup in India, focused on bridging the skills gap for freshers by connecting them with industry-aligned training, mentorship, and job placements. We empower early-career professionals to launch into high-growth tech, sales, and business roles with confidence—by turning potential into performance through structured programs and real-world exposure. Role & Responsibilities

- Prospect and engage with college students and fresh graduates to enroll in Career Bloc’s upskilling and placement programs.
- Conduct outreach via calls, WhatsApp, and campus events to build pipeline and drive registrations.
- Qualify leads by understanding career goals, academic background, and skill gaps to recommend suitable programs.
- Collaborate with marketing and training teams to align outreach with campaign goals and content messaging.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily activity logs to track conversion rates and improve outreach efficiency.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment and conversion targets across assigned territories.

Skills & Qualifications





- Must-Have
- Excellent verbal communication in English and regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.)
- Basic CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Google Sheets)
- Active listening and objection handling skills
- Highly self-motivated with ability to work in target-driven environment
- Comfortable making 50+ daily cold calls/WhatsApp pitches
- Understanding of Indian education ecosystem (colleges, streams, placement cycles)
- Preferred
- Prior sales/fresher outreach experience (internship or campus ambassador)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, or Facebook lead generation
- Background in Commerce/Arts/Science (any stream) – freshers welcome
