Job Position Finance R2R Analyst Location Chennai Shift Time 4AM to 1PM AUS Timezone Experience 10 years of relevant experience in end to end R2R Education B COMM Com MBA CAInter A job that matters your tasks Worked in endtoend ERP R2R domain Execute assigned tasks on time to ensure efficient service delivery and address open issues proactively and support resolution Ensure application of process standards and procedures Collaborate with team members and other Finance stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of Finance transaction processes Identify areas for improvement and recommend improvement solutions in the activity areas recommend changes of process standards and procedures to obtain efficiencies Responsible for maintaining updated highquality process documentation Perform monthend account closing activities and reconciliations Perform fixed assets calculation postings and reporting Manage recurring journal entries and accruals Process and reconcile intercompany transactions Perform financial management reporting prepare balance sheets P L statements and other reports Contribute to ensure service delivery of the team is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs Coordination and followup with internal and external stakeholders Support Service Delivery Lead in any additional activities as required Prior transition experience is a plus An experience that matters your skills ERP SAP is a must Good understanding of accounting principles and standards including understanding of GAAP and IFRS understanding of Finance processes in closing reconciliation of financial accounts and preparing consolidated financial statements Ability to interact with team members and other Finance stakeholders at various levels Valuable communication problemsolving and analytical skills Ability to prioritize tasks at hand time management skills Detailed oriented proactive and structured way of working Understanding of endtoend Finance process systems and data flows SAP experience strong MS Office skills
