Job Description Field Recruiter 2 Years Experience Job Title Field Recruiter Experience 2 Years Location Goregaon Employment Type Fulltime Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Recruiter with 2 years of recruitment experience to manage endtoend hiring for bluecollar and entrylevel roles The ideal candidate should be comfortable traveling to different locations sourcing candidates through field activities conducting interviews and coordinating the hiring process Key Responsibilities Source candidates through field visits job fairs local networks and employee referrals Conduct walkin interviews and initial candidate screening Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements Schedule and follow up on interviews and joining formalities Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates Visit colleges vocational institutes and local communities for recruitment drives Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases Ensure timely closures of open positions Support onboarding and document collection Meet recruitment targets and turnaround time TAT Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valuable sourcing and screening abilities Ability to work independently and travel extensively Knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals Basic MS Office and Excel skills Good negotiation and coordination skills Qualifications Bachelors degree in any discipline 2 years of experience in field recruitment staffing or talent acquisition Fresher Also can Apply Experience hiring bluecollar retail sales logistics or BPO candidates is preferred Preferred Attributes Selfmotivated and targetoriented Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
