Role Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Environmental Site Assessor to join our growing team This is an exciting opportunity for earlycareer professionals to gain handson experience in environmental due diligence and site assessment You will work alongside industry experts and contribute to impactful projects from day one This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement You will be part of a collaborative team that values innovation integrity and excellence Roles Responsibilities Review historical land use data including aerial photographs fire insurance maps city directories and regulatory databases Research and analyse environmental records and regulatory agency files to assess potential contamination risks Prepare supporting documentation such as site maps figures appendices and photographic logs based on field team input Communicate with project managers technical reviewers and field staff to ensure accuracy and consistency of reported findings Coordinate with clients and team members to clarify project details and reporting needs Track project timelines deliverables and documentation to support timely and efficient report completion Maintain working knowledge of current environmental regulations industry trends and Phase I ESA best practices Draft clear concise and technically sound Phase I Environmental Site Assessment ESA reports Participate in ongoing training peer reviews and mentorship opportunities to enhance technical writing skills Online research including FOIA agencies to submit requests for records What We Are Looking For Requirements Skills Knowledge and Abilities Bachelors or mastersdegree in Environmental Science Environmental Engineering Civil Engineering with specialization in environmental aspects 510 years writing Phase environmental site assessments Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Desired Qualifications Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel Outlook Curiosity motivation and a desire to learn Ability to work on projects concurrently Proven ability to successfully deliver a quality product on time Ability to cultivate strong relationships within a team Job Details Title Sr Environmental Site Assessor Department Financial Analysis Employment Type FullTime Permanent Location Remote Current Delhi Shift Timings EST US Time Zone
