JOB DESCRIPTION TRADE RELATIONSHIP MANAGER Position Trade Relationship Manager Department Trade Finance Business Banking Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and resultoriented Trade Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with corporate and business banking customers The role involves handling Trade Finance Import Export transactions Working Capital Forex and Cash Management requirements while acquiring new clients and deepening existing relationships Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of Corporate SME and Business Banking clients Develop robust relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for business growth Acquire new customers through market mapping references networking and direct sourcing Understand customers Import Export and Trade Finance requirements Drive trade finance business including Letters of Credit LC Bank Guarantees BG Import Export Bills Letter of Credit Advising Confirmation Bill Discounting Invoice Financing Preshipment Postshipment Finance Trade Remittances Generate business through Working Capital Forex and Cash Management Services CMS Identify crossselling opportunities across banking and financial products Coordinate with Credit Operations Trade Finance Forex and other internal teams for smooth execution of transactions Monitor customer transactions limits documentation and compliance requirements Ensure adherence to KYC AML RBI and internal banking policies Track portfolio performance revenue generation and business targets Conduct regular client meetings and provide customized financial solutions Resolve customer issues and ensure highquality service Maintain solid knowledge of market trends trade regulations and banking products Candidate Profile Graduate Post Graduate from a recognized institution 38 years of experience in Trade Finance Corporate Banking Business Banking or Relationship Management Candidates with experience in Trade Finance Forex Working Capital will be preferred Strong understanding of Import Export documentation and trade products Experience in acquiring and managing corporate SME relationships Proven track record of achieving business and revenue targets Strong communication negotiation and relationshipmanagement skills Preferred Experience Trade Finance Import Export Corporate Banking Business Banking Working Capital Forex CMS LC BG Bill Discounting Trade Remittance Relationship Management Key Performance Areas New Customer Acquisition Trade Business Volume Revenue Generation CASA Deposit Growth Trade Finance Penetration Working Capital Business Forex Revenue Portfolio Growth Customer Retention Location As per business requirement CTC As per experience and location Employment Type FullTime
