About EnglishBhashi

EnglishBhashi is an AI-powered language learning platform helping people build confidence in English through personalized learning, speaking practice and real-world interaction.

We are building for learners across India, especially students, young professionals and everyday learners from Tier 2, Tier 3 and Tier 4 cities.

We are now looking for a Growth & GTM Intern who wants to be part of the journey of taking EnglishBhashi to more learners across India.

What You'll Do

This is a hands-on growth role. You will not just be given a fixed list of marketing tasks.

You will be expected to identify opportunities, suggest ideas, run experiments and help us understand what actually drives user growth.

Content & Social Growth

- Research trending content in the language-learning, education and creator ecosystem
- Identify high-performing Reels, Shorts and social content formats
- Recreate and adapt successful content ideas for EnglishBhashi
- Develop content ideas, hooks, scripts and campaign concepts
- Support Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other relevant social channels
- Experiment with different content formats to improve reach and engagement
- Identify opportunities for user-generated content and community-driven content

Influencer & Creator Growth

- Research and build a database of relevant creators and micro-influencers
- Identify creators in English learning, education, careers, students and lifestyle categories
- Reach out to creators and initiate collaborations
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach to execution
- Explore affiliate, referral and performance-based creator models




- Track campaign performance and identify what works

User Acquisition & Community

- Explore new channels to acquire EnglishBhashi users organically
- Identify relevant WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, college and student communities
- Develop community-led acquisition ideas
- Explore referral, challenge and ambassador programs
- Find creative ways to encourage users to invite and engage other learners

Partnerships & GTM

- Identify potential partnerships with colleges, coaching institutes, student communities, NGOs and other organizations
- Research potential distribution and acquisition partners
- Support outreach and initial partnership conversations
- Help develop and test new GTM channels
- Understand which channels can help EnglishBhashi reach users at scale

Growth Experiments

You will continuously work on questions such as:

How can we get more people to discover EnglishBhashi App?

How can we get them to try the product?

How can we make users invite their friends?

Which content, creator or community can bring the right users?

You will be encouraged to propose and test experiments around:

- Reels and short-form content
- Influencer campaigns
- Referral programs
- Campus ambassador programs
- Speaking challenges
- Community campaigns
- UGC campaigns
- Partnerships




- Organic acquisition
- Viral growth loops
- Other creative growth opportunities

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive and obsessed with figuring out what works.

You should:

- Have a strong interest in Growth, Marketing, GTM, Startups or Business
- Understand social media and short-form content
- Be comfortable researching trends and competitors
- Have good communication and outreach skills
- Be comfortable approaching creators, communities and potential partners
- Be willing to experiment and learn from failures
- Take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
- Be comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Be able to work with Google Sheets and basic productivity tools
- Have valuable written and spoken English

You'll Have an Advantage If You Have

- Created Reels, Shorts or social media content
- Managed a social media page or community
- Worked with influencers or creators
- Experience in college clubs, communities or events
- Experience in sales, business development or partnerships
- Previous startup or internship experience
- Understanding of the education or language-learning ecosystem
