About the Role

We're hiring a Video Content Creator to own tutorial, training, and product walkthrough videos for eResource Scheduler, our B2B SaaS resource management and scheduling platform. You'll script, record, voice (including AI voiceover), edit, and publish how-to videos for YouTube and our support/help center — and refresh our existing video library so every video reflects the current product. This is a hands-on, full-ownership role: you'll work closely with product and support teams to understand recent features and turn them into clear, easy-to-follow video content.

What You'll Do

- Script, record, and edit tutorial and how-to videos explaining eResource Scheduler's features and workflows
- Add voiceovers to videos — either recording your own narration or generating natural-sounding AI voiceovers (ElevenLabs, Murf, or similar tools)
- Write clear, concise video scripts that break down product features for a non-technical audience
- Audit and update our existing video library on YouTube and our support/help center — identify outdated videos and refresh them to match the current product UI and features
- Create screen-recorded product demos, onboarding videos, and feature-release walkthroughs
- Collaborate with the product and support teams to stay current on new features, UI changes, and common customer questions
- Organize and maintain a structured video library/playlist system on YouTube and the help center for easy navigation
- Suggest improvements to video format, pacing,



and style based on viewer engagement and feedback

What We're Looking For

- 1+ years of experience creating video content, tutorials, screen recordings, or product walkthroughs (agency, in-house, freelance, or strong personal portfolio all count)
- Hands-on proficiency with video editing and screen-recording tools — Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, OBS Studio, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Comfortable writing your own video scripts — this role needs someone who can write clearly, not just edit
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software — you'll need to genuinely understand our product to explain it well
- A keen eye for detail — consistent pacing, clean audio, accurate on-screen steps, no outdated UI in published videos
- Self-driven and organized — comfortable owning a video library end-to-end and keeping it current without being chased
- Basic understanding of YouTube (uploads, playlists, thumbnails, descriptions, SEO basics for video titles/tags) and help-center/knowledge-base video embedding

Nice to Have

- Experience with AI voice generation tools (ElevenLabs, Murf, Descript) or script-to-video workflows
- Experience creating content specifically for SaaS, software, or tech products (understanding how to explain a UI/workflow clearly)
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills (Canva, After Effects, Vyond) for polished intros/callouts
- Familiarity with help-center/knowledge-base platforms (e.g. embedding video into support documentation)
