- Proficiency in costing, budgeting, and basic financial analysis, preferably within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Experience using spreadsheets and costing tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems) to prepare detailed cost estimates and reports.
- Solid understanding of materials, production processes, and supply chain concepts relevant to engineering projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related field) or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present cost findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Nagpur and maintain a professional, inclusive work style.
- Prior experience in costing, estimation, or project engineering is preferred but motivated early-career professionals are also encouraged to apply.
