Job Title: US Medical Recruiter (Payor Recruiting)

Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune (Onsite)

Shift: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am, Monday to Friday

Position Overview

- We are seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Recruiter with a strong background in Payor, Health Insurance, and Healthcare recruiting.
- The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and presenting healthcare professionals for clinical and non-clinical positions within health plans, insurance companies, managed-care organizations, and healthcare organizations.
- The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of healthcare terminology, strong candidate engagement skills, and experience working with W2 staffing, ATS/CRM platforms, job boards, LinkedIn, and high-volume recruiting environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and initial screening through candidate submission, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding.
- Recruit healthcare professionals for health insurance, payor, managed-care, and healthcare organization requirements.
- Source candidates through ATS databases, LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates against job requirements.

- Analyze job descriptions and identify candidates based on clinical/non-clinical experience, payer experience, certifications, location, shift, availability, work authorization,



and compensation requirements.
- Conduct candidate outreach and engagement through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels.
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles, screening notes, dispositions, and recruiting activity within the ATS.
- Prepare and submit qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers with clear, concise candidate summaries.
- Coordinate interviews, provide candidate preparation, conduct follow-ups, and support onboarding activities.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines for recurring healthcare and payor requirements.
- Meet and exceed recruiting KPIs related to submissions, interviews, placements, sourcing activity, response time, candidate quality, and productivity.
- Continuously develop knowledge of healthcare payer terminology, processes, clinical functions, and managed-care operations.
- Collaborate with account managers, recruiting leadership, and client teams to understand changing hiring requirements.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ year of experience in healthcare, medical, or healthcare staffing recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for health insurance, payor, managed care, or healthcare organizations strongly preferred.
- Previous experience with W2 contract staffing preferred.
- Strong understanding of healthcare terminology and payer-related job functions.
- Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through ATS platforms, LinkedIn, job boards, and resume databases.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to conduct effective candidate screening and qualification calls.
- Strong resume-review and candidate-assessment skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open healthcare requirements simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, metrics-driven recruiting environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with recruiting and account management teams.
