Role Description The Academic Trainer–English is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. The person in this role will conduct training sessions and workshops for English teachers and school staff on Next Education's products, methodologies, and best practices in language teaching. Responsibilities include planning and delivering demos and training modules, supporting schools in implementing English curriculum solutions, and gathering feedback to refine training materials. The Academic Trainer–English will collaborate with academic, product,



and implementation teams to align training content with curriculum standards and classroom realities, and may travel to partner schools as required. The role also involves preparing reports on training outcomes and maintaining solid professional relationships with school stakeholders.
Qualifications

- Strong English language proficiency, including excellent spoken and written communication skills, and the ability to explain concepts clearly to diverse educator groups.
- Experience in teaching English at the K–12 level or training educators, with familiarity with CBSE, ICSE, or state board curricula.
- Comfort with educational technology and digital tools, including the ability to learn and demonstrate SaaS-based learning platforms and classroom solutions.
- Skills in planning and delivering interactive training sessions, workshops, and classroom demonstrations, with effective presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Ability to build professional relationships with school leaders and teachers, understand school needs, and provide practical academic support.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field; a formal teacher training qualification (e.g., B.Ed.) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, willingness to travel within the region, and readiness to work on-site in Raipur.
- Knowledge of contemporary pedagogical approaches, 21st-century skills, and learner-centric teaching strategies is highly beneficial.
