Marutinandan Capital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a professional, well-groomed, and service-oriented House Manager / Butler to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Managing Director's residence. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional hospitality, smooth household management, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily household operations and residence upkeep.
- Supervise housekeeping, pantry, laundry, and maintenance activities.
- Welcome and assist guests with skilled hospitality.
- Coordinate with household staff, vendors, and service providers.
- Manage household inventory and essential supplies.
- Assist with meal service, table setting, and family events.
- Schedule maintenance and ensure smooth functioning of the residence.
- Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management (Mandatory).
- 1–5 years of experience in luxury residences, hospitality, hotels, or guest relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed with strong hospitality etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
