Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with 5+ years of Salesforce development experience and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Service Cloud customization, Email-to-Case, Case Management, Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and support Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

Implement and maintain Email-to-Case and Case Management solutions.

Configure and customize Service Console, Omnichannel Routing, and Knowledge Base.

Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Batch Apex, and asynchronous processing.

Develop responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation.

Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms such as Boomi/Informatica.

Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

Follow Salesforce development best practices, governor limits, security standards, and performance optimization techniques.





Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, architects, and other technical teams in an Agile environment.

Participate in design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Contribute to enterprise-scale Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.

Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, security, and performance optimization.

Experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce Service Cloud programs.

Mandatory Requirement

Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification - Mandatory

Strong hands-on experience in Email-to-Case implementation

Strong Service Cloud customization experience

Hands-on Apex and LWC development

Solid Salesforce integration experience
