Role Description The Business Development Intern will support the growth of BTW Visa Services by identifying potential clients, assisting with lead generation activities, and conducting market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings. In this full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, the intern will help prepare presentations, proposals, and basic sales collateral, and may participate in client outreach under guidance from senior team members. The role includes maintaining and updating CRM data, tracking follow-ups,



and supporting the business development team with daily operational tasks. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, learn the corporate visa domain, and contribute to improving sales processes and client engagement strategies.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to interpret data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills and an interest in sales or business development to help build and nurture a qualified pipeline.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools is beneficial.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
