About the role

We are looking for a Program Manager to run the day-to-day success of our programs at Mesa. You will own program operations, coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders, and make sure students have a solid experience across their whole journey with us.

This is an execution-heavy role with a lot of ownership. You will not be handed a finished playbook. You will build the system that delivers our programs, then run and improve it, which means keeping every team pulling in one direction.

Key responsibilities

Program operations and delivery

• Own execution of assigned programs from start to finish, so delivery stays smooth at every milestone.

• Coordinate with faculty, mentors, and internal teams so schedules, sessions, and activities run on time.

• Manage program calendars, timelines, and workflows.

Cross-functional coordination

• Work closely with admissions, operations, faculty, and career teams to keep everyone on one plan.

• Coordinate logistics for sessions, workshops, events, and activities.

• Push initiatives that lift program quality and student outcomes.

Career preparation and industry exposure

• Support work that helps students prepare for internships and jobs.

• Coordinate industry interactions, workshops, and career-readiness sessions.

• Work with internal teams so students are ready for placements and industry engagements.

Program tracking and improvement





• Watch program performance and student feedback to find what needs fixing.

• Keep program documentation, trackers, and records current.

• Run improvement initiatives that make each cycle work better than the last.

Who we're looking for

• 3 to 6 years running programs, operations, or projects from end to end, in startups, ed-tech, consulting, events, community, or campus settings. You have owned delivery, not only supported it.

• Something you shipped that people finished and valued: a program, a launch, an event series, an ops function. We will ask what you owned, what broke, and what you changed.

• You use AI tools daily across your own work and have views on where they help learning and where they don't.

• Strong stakeholder management. You can hold faculty, mentors, students, and internal teams to one plan without drama.

• You can run several workstreams at once and drive execution on your own in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• High ownership and comfort with ambiguity. Batch one of anything is messy; you find that energising rather than stressful.

• You write and speak well, for students, faculty, and industry partners alike.
