- Graded Areas
- RESA
- Strip Grading
- Airside Roads
- Airside Drainage
- Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) duct banks
- Utility corridors
- Fuel hydrant corridors
- Service roads
- Airside retaining walls
- Pavement markings
- Signage foundations
- Airside Drainage
- Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) duct banks

- Fuel Hydrant Valve Chambers

- Retaining Walls

- Pedestrian Underpasses

D. BIM Coordination

- Integrate Civil 3D surfaces into Revit/Open Roads/Open Buildings workflow.
- Coordinate with Structural Engineers for reinforcement and concrete modeling.
- Participate in multidisciplinary BIM coordination meetings.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks.
- Resolve interdisciplinary clashes.
- Maintain federated BIM models.
- Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- Maintain model version control.

Software Requirements

The candidate must possess working knowledge of:

- Autodesk Civil 3D
- Autodesk Revit
- Autodesk Navisworks Manage
- AutoCAD
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360

Working knowledge on Civil3D is preferable.

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of BIM modeling experience
- At least 2 years in airport, highway, metro, railway, or large infrastructure projects
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Civil 3D and Revit integration
