Role overview

You will start as a hunter — building pipeline from scratch. This is a foundational sales role where you learn the full B2B cycle: prospecting, outreach, qualification, requirement gathering, and closure support. High-performing freshers here typically own their own accounts within 12 months.

Key responsibilities

Pipeline generation

- Build target account lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and market research
- Identify buying signals — open roles aging 60+ days, funding rounds, digital transformation initiatives
- Execute daily outreach targets across LinkedIn, email, and calls

Client engagement

- Conduct initial qualification calls to understand hiring or project needs
- Gather accurate requirements and share with the delivery/recruitment team
- Follow up consistently through the decision cycle

Sales operations





- Log all activity in CRM with accuracy
- Prepare weekly pipeline and activity reports
- Support proposal, rate card, and capability deck preparation

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus
- Excellent communication in English; Hindi fluency an advantage
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and CRM tools
- Willing to work to daily and weekly activity targets
- Resilient — comfortable with rejection as part of the process

Preferred (not mandatory)

- Internship or exposure to sales, business development, or recruitment
- Interest in AI, cloud, data, or enterprise technology
