- Upload, optimize, and update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, design, and sales) to ensure smooth execution of online strategies.
- Monitor product performance, analyze sales data, and recommend strategies to increase visibility and sales.
- Ensure timely order processing, shipment coordination, and return/refund management.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies to stay competitive in the market.
- Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, deals, and promotions.
- Generate reports on product performance, marketplace KPIs, and customer insights.
- Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers and resolve operational issues quickly.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
- Knowledge of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or other e-commerce systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
