Regional Capability Development & Training, reporting to the Head Capability Development- India oversees L&D; initiatives for the HCN Solutions team for South zones. He/she is responsible for creating the L&D; strategic road map for the zonal HN field team by partnering with zonal senior stakeholders through training/capability development initiatives that are aligned as per local, national, and global Danone capability development Strategies.





Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Create L&D; Strategy Plan for Zonal HN Team:

- Identify & benchmark training needs & learning road map for the zonal field HN team in consultation with key zonal stakeholders
- Design & drive functional competency assessment (knowledge & skill) measures for the zonal solutions team; Standardize and benchmark these competencies at regional as well as national level.
- Drive annual HN L&D; strategy plan for the zonal field Force for the solutions field team in collaboration with Training head, zonal managers, HR, Marketing and Medical teams
- Design & propose training programs; align with Training Lead for allocating proposed budgets in line with the L&D; annual plans.
- Partnering with zonal heads for driving career development initiatives like Enhance for the zonal teams

Design & Roll Out Training Programs:

- Design & deliver standardized onboarding & induction modules for new employees of Danone as per the structured new employee training framework.
- Create In-clinic capability development programmes for Nutrition advisors as per requirements of Training Head, HN Director and zonal field managers; Roll out and deliver these training programmes as per plan.
- Design & Deliver Management Development Initiatives to build FLM competencies that meet local requirements like FCQ, Project Sarathi and Catalyst.
- Conceptualize specialized interventions for High Performers as well as low performers in coordination with zonal and local HR leads as a part of career of performance development initiative.
- Cascade global and national training modules from as per local tailored needs.





Enhance Internal Alignment

- Align with Training Lead, zonal leadership and other cross functional teams on training need analysis, L&D; road map, training calendar and budgets for the zones of influence.
- Align with Zonal heads/Country head on skill/knowledge assessment processes, training initiatives, calendar & other standard ways of working
- Be the bridge between regional and HO team in designing and rolling out of National training initiatives for the zones; Share best practices with the HO team at appropriate forums.
- Align with MNS team on scientific knowledge training goals for the zones; align product refresher training calendars and team/zone wise scientific knowledge assessment of field force.
- Partner with the HR team for sharing training data and dashboards on a timely basis.
- Partner with HR on areas of L&D; integration- e.g., Inspira, Culture Training, Enhance, MDPs and other team building programmes.
- Be part of the Cycle meet events which involve calendaring, coordinating with cross functions, setting agenda and execution.

Driving Digital & AI Driven Capability Building Initiatives:

- Drive AI based LMS learning platform usage in the zone of influence.
- Analyse monthly/quarterly skill and knowledge assessment of Nutrition Advisors in the zones using the LMS dashboard for creating specific local interventions.
- Collaborate with Marketing and MNS teams to leverage DREAM app features on drive therapy knowledge and HCP engagement
- Drive CSQ and FCQ that evaluates rep skills and field coaching capabilities of the solutions team.
- Drive Campus-X courses as per global/local demands including translating training contents deemed wherever necessary

Profile Required:

- Education Qualification – B.Sc. and B. Pharma Graduates
- Min 5 years experience as a First line Manager & 3 years experience as a training professional
- Strong Scientific Acumen and English Communication skills
