Role Overview

This is not a traditional IT support or CRM administrator role.

We are looking for a Senior AI Automation & Business Systems Engineer who will architect and build the technology backbone of Fête Events.

Working directly with the founders, you will analyse business processes, identify automation opportunities and build intelligent systems that reduce manual work, improve operational efficiency and create exceptional client experiences.

Your first priority will be transforming our GoHighLevel CRM into a fully automated sales and client management platform. From there, you will design and implement AI-powered workflows across every department of the business—including Sales, Client Experience, Project Management, Operations, Finance and Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

GoHighLevel CRM

- Architect, optimise and maintain our GoHighLevel CRM
- Design sales pipelines and opportunity stages
- Create intelligent tagging and lead routing
- Build automated follow-up sequences
- Configure email, WhatsApp and SMS automation
- Automate client onboarding workflows
- Build dashboards and reporting
- Improve CRM performance and data quality





AI Workflow Automation

Design and build production-ready workflows using:

Business Process Automation

Transform our Operations Compass into intelligent automation by building workflows across:

Your goal is to eliminate repetitive manual work while improving speed, consistency and scalability.

Systems Integration

Integrate and automate our business ecosystem, including:

Success Metrics

Within your first three months, you will:

- Fully optimise and automate our GoHighLevel CRM.
- Reduce manual CRM administration by at least 70%.
- Build AI-powered workflows across Sales and Client Experience.
- Integrate our core business systems into one connected ecosystem.
- Improve lead response times and operational efficiency through automation.
- Begin transforming our Operations Compass into a scalable AI-powered business operating system.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in AI automation, workflow engineering or business systems.
- Proven experience building production-grade automation.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating workflow automation and systems integration.
- Experience designing scalable business systems rather than isolated automations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio of automation projects will be considered equally.
